LAUR is a creative director and artist whose work encompasses styling, visual art, strategy, and performance. Born to two Bay Area natives, she has lived and worked in Oakland and San Francisco for over a decade. Laur has styled for Curology, Stanford University TAPS, Stitch Fix, Company Records, and SSENSE. Most notably, she styled the Toro y Moi ‘Mahal’ album cover and tour visuals, 2022. Creative direction projects have spanned live performance, album covers, film, music videos, theater, and visual art. Recent contributions to the creative ecosystem include: Living Inheritance, film starring and co-directed by LAUR which premiered at Roxie Theater, San Francisco, September 2025 and was screened for SMARTBOMB: Waves of Knowing at SFMOMA, October, 2025; Visual-Spatial Dramaturgy for Quantum Heart, play by Amy Grace Lam supported by SFAC 2026, Gerbode Foundation Awardee, 2025, Rainin Awardee 2025; Creative Direction and Styling for Aroma’s Smitten EP cover, Spring 2026, Solo Show, Rickshaw Stop, SF, Fall 2025, “Piss Off” music video, Fall 2024.
